A Proud Daddy Moment

Byron K Patrick CPA.CITP MCSE 2003 | April 16, 2009

2 years ago both of my daughters wanted to do the March of Dimes walk.  They had some friends doing it and they wanted to join in on the fun.    We went, they road their scooters for 2.5 miles while I walked behind.  It was a blast!  ;)

Last year there didn’t seem to be any interest so it came and went.  This year however my youngest daughter Riley decided she wanted to help.  It was discussed at school and she brought home the form and expressed her interest.  We asked her if there was someone else doing it that she wanted to do it with and she said, “No one, I just want to help babies.”  Wow, watch me as I turn to silly putty and agree to anything at that moment.  I couldn’t be prouder.

So I promised her I would do everything I could to help her raise money for babies….
